Volume Gets Stuck on my Samsung TV
Your Samsung Smart TV may require a settings adjustment or software update to correct the low volume within our app. Please try the following suggestions:
Adjust the speaker settings on your Samsung TV
- Press the MENU button on your Samsung remote.
- Select SOUND.
- Select ADDITIONAL SETTINGS. If you do not see any additional settings, select SPEAKER SETTINGS.
- Set the auto volume to NORMAL.
- Try the Cineplex Store again.
Check for firmware updates
- Press the MENU button on your remote control.
- Select SUPPORT.
- Select SOFTWARE UPDATE. This selection may take 1 to 2 minutes to display.
- Select ONLINE or UPDATE NOW.
Once the update is started, your TV will turn off and then automatically turn back on. You will see a confirmation message when the update is complete.
