Volume Gets Stuck on my Samsung TV

Your Samsung Smart TV may require a settings adjustment or software update to correct the low volume within our app. Please try the following suggestions:

Adjust the speaker settings on your Samsung TV

  1. Press the MENU button on your Samsung remote.
  2. Select SOUND.
  3. Select ADDITIONAL SETTINGS. If you do not see any additional settings, select SPEAKER SETTINGS.
  4. Set the auto volume to NORMAL.
  5. Try the Cineplex Store again.

Check for firmware updates

  1. Press the MENU button on your remote control.
  2. Select SUPPORT.
  3. Select SOFTWARE UPDATE. This selection may take 1 to 2 minutes to display.
  4. Select ONLINE or UPDATE NOW.

Once the update is started, your TV will turn off and then automatically turn back on. You will see a confirmation message when the update is complete.
